It features 5 spacious rooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, 2 bathrooms, its own central heating system, cable TV, a terrace, a gazebo with a barbecue in the yard, a private farm, and a stream running through the property.
Music and general noise levels must be kept at an acceptable level so as not to disturb the neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin, and pets are not accepted.
